Welcome to Haji Laundry Services. These Terms and Conditions Haji Laundry Makkah explain the rules and guidelines for using our laundry and dry cleaning services in Makkah near Haram and Clock Tower.

By booking our services, you agree to the terms below.

We aim to serve Hajj and Umrah pilgrims with honesty, care, and responsibility.

1. Service Scope

We provide:

  • Laundry Wash & Fold
  • Wash & Iron
  • Dry Cleaning
  • Express Same-Day Laundry
  • Ihram Laundry Service
  • Blanket & Bedding Wash
  • Pickup & Delivery near Haram and Clock Tower

All services are subject to garment condition and fabric type.

2. Garment Condition & Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to:

  • Check pockets before handing over garments
  • Inform us about stains, damage, or delicate fabrics
  • Inform us if garments are expensive or sensitive

We are not responsible for items left in pockets such as money, documents, or valuables.

We are not liable for damage caused by normal washing processes on garments with weak fabric, prior damage, or manufacturer defects.

3. Stain Removal Policy

While we try our best to remove stains, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal.

Some stains may become permanent due to fabric type, chemical reaction, or previous treatment.

4. Color Bleeding & Fabric Risk

Certain fabrics may bleed color during washing. We take precautions, but we cannot guarantee results for:

  • Mixed color garments
  • Delicate or sensitive fabrics
  • Items without proper washing labels

5. Express Service Conditions

Express or same-day laundry service depends on:

  • Order time
  • Load capacity
  • Garment type

Express fees are non-refundable once processing has started.

6. Pickup & Delivery

We provide pickup and delivery in Makkah, especially near Haram and Clock Tower hotels.

Delivery time is estimated. Delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand (Hajj & Umrah peak time)
  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather or operational issues

We will inform customers in case of delay.

7. Payment Terms

Payment may be required:

  • At pickup
  • At delivery
  • Or as agreed during booking

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

8. Liability Limitation

In case of proven damage caused directly by our processing, compensation will be limited to:

  • The garment’s fair value
  • Not exceeding a reasonable service-based amount

Compensation does not include emotional value or indirect loss.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

  • Heavily soiled or hazardous items
  • Items contaminated with harmful substances
  • Items that may damage equipment

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions Haji Laundry Makkah are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
