6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if:

- Pickup has not been completed
Once garments enter the cleaning process, cancellation is not possible.
7. Lost Items
In the rare case of lost garments while under our responsibility, we will:

We are not responsible for items left inside pockets (money, jewelry, documents, electronics).
