2. Cancellation After Pickup (Before Processing)
If garments have been collected but washing or dry cleaning has not started, cancellation may be possible.
In this case:
- A pickup/handling fee may apply
- Delivery back to your location will be arranged
The final decision depends on operational status at the time of cancellation.
3. Cancellation After Processing Has Started
Once washing, dry cleaning, or ironing has begun:
- Cancellation is not allowed
- Service charges are non-refundable
Laundry is a service-based process, and once garments enter cleaning, it cannot be reversed.
4. Express & Same-Day Orders
For express or same-day laundry service:
- Cancellation is not allowed once processing begins
- Priority handling fees are non-refundable

5. No-Show or Unavailable Customer
If a customer is unavailable at the confirmed pickup time:
- Our team will attempt to contact you
- Re-scheduling may be required
Repeated missed appointments may delay service.
6. Peak Season Considerations
During Hajj and peak Umrah seasons:
- Operational load is high
- Late cancellations may affect other pilgrims
